Donna joined JS Careers in 2012 to focus on corporate advisory, capital markets and alternative asset management recruitment after a successful career spanning ten years in investment banking. After graduating from the University of New South Wales with Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Laws degrees, Donna began her career in the Australian corporate advisory team at UBS Investment Bank where she worked on a number of high profile deals and developed strong relationships with corporate clients and her peers in the investment banking industry.

In 2008, Donna joined Macquarie Group to raise capital in Australia for Macquarie’s infrastructure and private equity funds globally. Her role later expanded to advising institutional investor clients on transactions across the infrastructure, property, resources, and industrials sectors. Most recently, Donna was responsible for Macquarie Capital’s Australian institutional investor business from an infrastructure sector perspective.

As a result of her direct industry experience, Donna has a deep knowledge of the market and industry players, strong networks and a unique understanding of the particular technical and other skills required across the disciplines of: corporate finance, capital markets, alternative asset management, direct investment (infrastructure, real estate, private equity, credit), private placements, capital raising, superannuation funds, in house investment teams, and asset consulting.
