Originally from Ireland, Lauren brings a strong financial services background to her role as an Associate within the Governance, Risk & Compliance division. She spent over three years in Operational Risk at one of Ireland’s largest retail banks before relocating to Sydney, where she worked as a Risk Reporting Analyst in the insurance industry prior to transitioning into recruitment.

As an Associate, Lauren focuses on research and candidate sourcing across the Governance, Risk & Compliance market. She supports recruitment across the three lines of defence, partnering closely with clients and candidates to deliver a seamless experience from search through to placement.

Lauren’s industry background gives her a strong understanding of the technical requirements behind each role, allowing her to identify professionals who are well aligned to both the position and the organisation’s culture.
