Robert specialises in cybersecurity and security leadership search and recruitment. He has over 8 years of international experience in executive search, investment research and talent strategy across the financial services sector in Europe, the Middle East, Asia Pacific and North America.

He commenced his career in London in the expert network sector, partnering with investment firms, global banks and private credit funds to provide access to industry advisors, human insight and market intelligence. In 2022, Robert joined an executive search and talent research firm, where he was embedded within a major global bank, working closely with senior leadership to shape and deliver a diversity-focused talent strategy across Technology, Cyber, Security, Risk, Compliance and Operations functions.

At JS Careers, Robert leads the cybersecurity practice, advising clients and securing high-calibre CISO and cybersecurity talent.

Robert holds a Master’s degree in International Security & Terrorism and a Bachelor’s degree in History, both from the University of Nottingham.
