Stephanie holds a Bachelor of Commerce with French, graduating in 2020, and began her recruitment career in Ireland, where she worked across construction and international healthcare recruitment. She relocated to Australia 3.5 years ago, specialising in Accounting & Finance recruitment, placing professionals across transactional, qualified and senior finance roles.

She has since transitioned into the Governance, Risk & Compliance space, and at JS Careers focuses on partnering with financial services clients to deliver tailored recruitment solutions across risk, compliance and governance functions.
