Before joining JS Careers, Victoria gained professional experience across the executive search and investment banking industries. She completed two internships with boutique recruitment firms and prior to this worked as a Summer Analyst at Goldman Sachs, covering Financial Institutions and Fin-Tech clients. Victoria holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Finance and Marketing) from The University of Melbourne. Whilst undertaking her studies, she was elected to the Student Executive at University College. 

Victoria is an Associate supporting the Corporate Finance and Funds Management team at JS Careers. In her role, Victoria is an expert in candidate management, headhunting and market mapping for complex recruitment assignments.
